What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
Unfortunately as a small business, we're unable accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Size exchanges can be made within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in original selling condition.
However, in the case that the product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
If you believe that your product is defective or does not meet what was promised, please contact us @wearbeu on Instagram within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and, if valid, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, at no extra cost to you.
When will I get my order?
Shipping is at a flat rate of 5 SGD.
Free shipping applies to orders above 50 SGD. All orders will be shipped through contactless delivery the next morning and take 1-3 days to deliver, with proof of delivery provided. Tracking number will be sent once parcels are out for delivery.
